Jewel Digital Ventures (JDV) is looking for a Product Designer who is UX centric and is able to conduct user research for our products. You will be responsible for developing digital product UX and conducting user research to develop concepts and designing the app/desktop interface of our company’s innovative, cutting-edge solutions that push the limitless possibilities in the asset management space. 

You will join a team of product builders & engineers in bringing innovative FinTech ideas to life by utilizing the latest technologies and tools. As such, we are looking for talents with inquisitive minds eager to push technical boundaries and thrive when given the opportunity to learn new technologies and systems.

The key responsibilities include:

Work closely with product managers, designers, leadership and other stakeholders during product ideation and development to:

• Conduct the necessary value propositions validation, persona creation, and conducting user testing to validate the product vision.
• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Apply UX and design thinking methodologies to improve existing and new products
• Design high-quality UI and prototypes that clearly illustrate product ideas, functions, process flow, and user interaction.
• Use design tools such as Figma to visualize the design which will serve as reference points for developers.
• Prepare and pitch designs to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Working Experience

• 2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

2. Technical skills

• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Figma or Sketch).
• Experience with design thinking framework.

Compensation & Other Benefits

1. Compensation

• Salary Range: RM4,000 to RM5,000.
• Travel and parking: up to RM75.
